Mental Health starts with the brain.
So does MeRT.

The MeRT system has been cleared by the FDA for the treatement of PTSD.

Your brain is one of a kind.
Treating it should be, too.

No two brains produce identical electrical patterns. That's why MeRT begins by measuring your brain's unique activity patterns and identifying areas of dysregulation. Those insights are used to personalize treatment and help restore each individual’s natural, healthy brainwave activity.
The MeRT System allows you to track your progress using the NeuroSynchrony Report. A tool designed to showcase visible change in brainwave activity throughout your course of treatment.

The results speak for themselves – and they're measurable.

MeRT is the first FDA-cleared, EEG-guided TMS treatment for PTSD and is supported by a growing body of clinical research. Patients receiving care guided by MeRT have experienced improvements in mood, sleep, focus, and daily function. Better brain health isn't just possible—for many people, it's measurable.

How MeRT works.

STEP 1
DSI EEG recording
MEASURE

Brainwave Scan

A 10-minute, non-invasive EEG brainwave scan measures your brain's electrical activity while you sit comfortably wearing a sensor cap. The scan captures your brain's unique patterns and creates a baseline for personalized analysis.
STEP 2
Personalized treatment plan
MEASURE

Personalized Treatment Plan

Your EEG data is processed through MeRT's proprietary analysis platform to evaluate the timing, frequency, and coordination of your brainwave activity. This analysis helps identify areas where brain networks may be operating out of sync from your natural patterns and generates a treatment protocol tailored specifically to your brain.
STEP 3
Personalized TMS session
MEASURE

Personalized TMS Sessions

The MeRT system uses your brainwave analysis to create a personalized Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) protocol. That protocol guides how treatment is delivered, helping clinicians apply gentle magnetic stimulation at a pulse rate tailored to you.

During treatment, you'll simply sit comfortably while the magnetic stimulation gently guides your brainwaves to a more synchronized, natural rhythm. Sessions are non-invasive and typically last about 30 minutes.

Treatment is typically provided five days per week over the course of 4–6 weeks.

MeRT is FDA-cleared for the treatment of PTSD and has been used to treat more than 40,000 patients. The most commonly reported side effect is a mild headache, typically during the first few treatments.

Starting is fast and easy.

Your journey begins with a quick, non-invasive Brain Wave scan that takes less than 10 minutes. No needles. No discomfort. Just objective data that helps clinicians better understand how your brain is functioning.
